Our equipment and tooling is capable of removing tile adhesive, vinyl adhesive, polyurethane, epoxy and many other typical industry flooring coatings. This makes the substrate clean and ready to accept new tiling, vinyl, carpet or coating to ensure a 100% bond to the concrete.
Grinding & Sealing is a popular cost effective option which provides a sealed concrete floor which is easy to maintain. There are a range of different coatings which can be applied from water based, urethane and epoxy finishes. This method can be applied anywhere; from café floors and commercial kitchens to warehousing and showrooms.
Polished flooring is by far the most superior finish. It provides a flat mechanically polished floor, which if maintained correctly can last a lifetime. The difference between a fully polished floor and a grind and seal is the actual flooring itself. Whether it be terrazzo, marble, granite, concrete etc.. it will have a natural sheen. The level of shine can be controlled depending on the clients requests and expectations. Regardless, the end results being a perfectly seamless, natural floor.
This is the newest weapon to our arsenal. Resurfacing is a great way of going over new or run down and damaged existing flooring. You can resurface any old concrete by cleaning the surface, repairing cracks and holes, applying an overlay, curing the surface or coloring and sealing the surface. There are a number of finishes available which would suit a variety of commercial, retail or domestic flooring spaces.
